First E-Concierge installed in Northern Ireland Hotel....

The Ramada DaVinci-Derry was the first hotel in Northern Ireland to have an E-Concierge installed for the benefit of their guests. 

The new deskmounted E-Concierge is located at the reception area of the hotel & from initial statistic reports, is becoming an important part of the hotels customer care services for their guests.
